The SyncBoxSuite mobile app moves from placeholder screens to live fleet data. Operators now open the drawer and see real numbers, real keys and real history - and a new My Reports screen closes a long-standing communication gap by letting them read the supervisor's resolution note for each report they have submitted.
Until this release, an operator who submitted a report would see only that the status had changed to "Resolved" - never the supervisor's note explaining what was actually done. My Reports puts that note directly in the operator's hands.
Live dashboard KPIs
The home screen now carries a compact strip showing Open Backlog, My Pending and Today's Resolved counts for the operator's company. The figures are read from the same panel that drives the desktop dashboard, so the numbers match across screens and roles.
Active cover keys with live countdown
Every cover key the operator currently holds is listed with a live countdown to expiry. Keys close to expiration are coloured to draw attention before the operator walks up to the dock - a small detail that prevents wasted trips when a key has aged out mid-task.
Recent activity feed
Reports, cover password requests and cover key events are merged into a single time-ordered list. Tapping a report opens it directly in the new My Reports detail view.
My Reports - see the supervisor's response
The new drawer entry shows the operator's own report submissions, filterable by All, Open, Resolved or Rejected. Tapping a report opens a read-only detail screen with all the metadata, the original message and - when the supervisor has acted - a prominent resolution card. Resolved reports show the resolution note in green; rejected reports show the rejection note in orange; reports still under review display an "Awaiting supervisor response" placeholder so the operator always knows where they stand.
Photos attached to a report are loaded on demand: the detail screen shows a "Tap to load photo" placeholder, so a long list of reports never burns through mobile data unless the operator chooses to look.

Tightening the operator–supervisor loop
Putting the supervisor's resolution in front of the operator changes the dynamic on both sides. Operators get visible follow-up on every issue they raise; supervisors are encouraged to write higher-quality notes because those notes are now read end-to-end. The release is fully backward compatible - no migration, no new permissions - and ships as part of the standard SyncBoxSuite mobile build.
